Brett Anderson - Director Brett Anderson BE(Civil), MIEAust CPEng (NPER) FAICD was a founding director of the Trustee for the Trust and been managing director since establishment.He has worked in the construction and engineering industry for over twenty years and is currently the CEO of the business. Brett is a board member of numerous public and private companies. He sees his strength in the start up and rapid growth of new companies and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member and Chartered Professional Engineer with the Institute of Engineers, Australia.
Brad Bush - Director/Construction Manager Brad was a founding director of the Trust. Brad was a principal in a successful Dubbo building services and contracting business. He left this to manage a substantial and successful hotel. Brad brings his skills as a manager and his experience in the building industry to the Trust team.
Michael Butcherine - General Counsel Michael (LLB(Hons) B Ec. (Hons)) has been a solicitor in Queensland and New South Wales. He was the Trust's external solicitor since its creation, before joining the team in-house in February 2007. He is responsible for the creation of the funds management business and compliance, as well as transactional legal work. He is a member of AICD, ACLA and the Law Society of New South Wales.
Richard Noonan - Non-Executive Director Richard Noonan BE (Civil) (Hons), MIEAust CPEng (NPER) is a founding director of Barnson Pty Ltd (commenced 1992). He is registered in the National Professional Engineers Registry and an authorised signatory of the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia. Richard completed his Masters of Engineering at Deakin University in Victoria and is a member of many Engineering Institutions. Barnson now employs over 25 staff and sepcialises in the provision of engineering consultancy to government and the construction industry. Richard is a keen advocate of regional development.
Robert Atkins - Facilities Manager Bawd's new Facilities Manager, Robert Atkins, has been employed to manage and maintain the buildings and surrounding garden areas. Robert is experienced in all areas of garden maintenance and general maintenance.
