Hawthorn Street Business Precinct
The Hawthorn Street Business Precinct was surplus to the requirements of an electricity utility. BAWD purchased and refitted the office building, which now houses part of the administration of the State's largest (by area) Health Service. The Macquarie Credit Union also has its headquarters here, in a building built for that purpose. |

Riverview Business Park
The Riverview Business Park was a gleam in the Trust's eye when the Trust was first established in September 1998. Two large office buildings were initially built, and then two even larger ones follwed. The Riverview Business Park is now home to many thriving businesses and government tenants. |

Macquarie Street eateries
215 Macquarie Street started life as a substantial private house, built for a Dubbo doctor. The Trust acquired the property and it is now occupied by two popular restaurants. Sticks and Stones occupied the upper level of the building, and Two Doors Tapas Bar is downstairs. |
