Our Story: Focused Growth Since 1999

The BAWD Property Trust (BPT) was established in Dubbo, NSW, Australia, in 1999, starting with a small amount of seed capital. BPT is wholly owned by the Anderson family.

From the outset, our mission has been centered on a clear focus on client prosperity, strict timelines, and exceptional quality.

This disciplined approach has fueled exceptional growth. That initial seed capital has grown equity by more than 1,500 times in the time.

Today, BPT is a vertically integrated trust that undertakes the development, construction, and management of its property and equity assets. The director of the trustee is Mr Brett Anderson.

Our Advisory Board

Our strategic direction is guided by the Advisory Board, comprising Brett Anderson, Paula Anderson, Jack Anderson, Luke Anderson, and Lilli Anderson.
